Dutch audio specialists Clarity · Design & Sonic Optimization installed the Netherlands' first PK Sound T8 robotic line source system at De Pul, the iconic music venue in Uden – pairing the compact robotic arrays with T218 subwoofers and PK's Tx14 intelligent point source modules as infills.
A fixture of the Dutch live circuit for decades, De Pul hosts a demanding mix of national and international headliners, theatrical productions, film screenings, and community events – each with different coverage needs in the same room.
“T8 can very precisely adjust vertical and horizontal dispersion to the room, which ensures a sublime listening experience,” the venue's technical team commented in coverage by Dutch trade publication EB Live. “This is the most innovative sound system on the market.”
Using PK's patented Multi-Axis Robotics, De Pul's engineers can mechanically reshape the system's acoustic coverage with a few keystrokes – optimizing for a packed standing show one night and a seated production the next, without touching the rig.
The landmark install crowned a breakout stretch for PK Sound in the Benelux region, where Central European distributor FACE and partners including Clarity, AVScape, and BCS have built a dense network of robotic system deployments across festivals, venues, and rental inventories.
As the first permanent T8 installation in the country, De Pul now serves as a reference point for Dutch venues confronting the same challenge: architecture with character, and audiences who expect modern sound.
